2. Data we process
We only process the data you provide to us through the channels available on the site:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
- Chat assistant (ZIA): the content of the messages you write in the conversation. We recommend not including unnecessary personal data in the chat.
- Call booking: the data you enter in the booking system (name, email address and any fields you fill in when booking).
The site does not use analytics or advertising tools that collect browsing data for profiling purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
- To handle and reply to the enquiries you send us through the contact form.
- To provide the conversational assistant service and answer your questions about our services.
- To manage the booking and holding of the calls or meetings you request.
- To maintain the security and proper technical operation of the site.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, use the chat or book a call (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, where your enquiry relates to engaging our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in replying to communications received and keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage the relationship behind it and, once concluded, for the legally applicable periods to address potential liabilities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the site's services we rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.): email delivery platform through which we receive the contact form messages.
- Cal.com (European instance, cal.eu): call booking system; it processes the data you enter when booking an appointment.
- OpenAI: processes the content of chat messages to generate the ZIA assistant's replies.
We may also disclose data to public administrations and competent authorities where required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers (in particular Resend and OpenAI) may process data in the United States. In such cases, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given.
